You are young and adventurous: TADAAM knows a thing or two about that as a Belgian start-up. But the telecoms industry is not an exception, as the art world is also brimming full of young, enterprising talent just waiting to be discovered. Now that the cultural sector is slowly coming out of its slumber, a little helping hand is always welcome. This has inspired TADAAM to work with Belgian artists on the TADAAM ART project.
TADAAM is undoubtedly all about freedom, which is why it offers no-obligation Internet and TV wherever you need it. But TADAAM’s other key values are uniqueness and style. Keen to bring all these values together, the Internet and TV provider is launching a new project: TADAAM ART. This initiative offers two talents the opportunity to give free rein to their creativity by decorating TADAAM's sleek modem and giving a boost to the Belgian art scene.
A modem born to shine
TADAAM believes in the importance of investing in the Belgian art scene and contributing to its future. So the Internet and TV provider challenged two artists to come up with their own personal take on the TADAAM modem. The result? Unique masterpieces that won’t go unnoticed. It also gives the artists an international platform for the public to enjoy and buy their work.
TADAAM is on a mission to make contemporary art accessible to everyone. Usually, a modem is an object that is best kept hidden. But with its modern design, the TADAAM modem is a real eye-catcher. With the TADAAM ART limited editions, you won’t only be able to enjoy an excellent Internet connection, but also a unique piece to display in your home proudly.

Belgian talent in the spotlight
The first artist is Yann Laissy, better known under the pseudonym "Pache". This young Belgian-Portuguese visual artist mixes pop art with graffiti. He draws his inspiration from his idols such as Bonom or Craions, but also from nature. For this project, he combined graffiti letters with floral motifs in his characteristically energetic and colourful style.
Pache immediately took to the TADAAM ART concept: "Like TADAAM, I’m a firm believer in the importance of aesthetics and details, and I’m a real design fan. I'm really happy to see TADAAM supporting local artists by giving them the opportunity to express themselves. It's encouraging to see that a brand has enough confidence in you to want to work with you and grasps the importance of art for our society. And the result is clearly worth it!"
The other artist to come on board is Antwerp-based Dennis Tyfus, who is mainly known for his uncategorisable work. Tyfus creates installations, videos, drawings, no-choice tattoos, performances, radio shows and runs the record label 'Ultra Eczema'. Since 2020, he has been represented by the Tim Van Laere Gallery.
